The Landseer Arms is a hidden gem situated between Holloway and Tufnell Park. A year old last month, The pub has already gained an enviable reputation for its food. Our main menu consists of rustic but classy mediterranean dishes served daily. Our pizza kitchen served up to 100 pizzas per day and our Sunday Roasts are the envy of the area.
We are looking for a skilled sous chef, who has the ambition to run a kitchen very soon. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years working in a similar establishment to a high standard. They will have food hygiene certificate  and have an understanding of how to cost a menu and how to control stocks.
