You and the job…
As Sous Chef you will help manage the kitchen in the production and service of the best quality menus using the freshest ingredients. We are looking for a bright and motivated individual who has the passion, creativity and flair to help build food sales in a busy pub, with a great team. The right candidate will have experience in a high volume bar or pub , and a passion for cooking fresh, seasonal ingredients. You will be in control of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence plus train junior staff and help with menu design. Here is an opportunity to place your own emphasis on the business and grow within the group.
Must haves…
Leadership, motivational and Management skills
Good stock control skills, including rotation and ordering
Speak fluent English
