Wulf and Lamb is a premium plant-based vegan restaurant opening its first site (mid-September) in London’s newest popular village high street in the heart of Chelsea - just off Sloane Sq/Kings Road.
We offer an indulgent menu with premium food and drinks in both a fast-casual environment (ground floor) and bar/restaurant (first floor).
Our breakfast, lunch and evening menus have been carefully crafted by our chef to ensure each item is healthy, nutritious and above all tasty. Alongside the freshly prepared food on offer there will be a range of cold-pressed juices, smoothies, teas, coffees and a selection of snacks that all adhere to our plant-based principles. Everything will be prepared onsite.
Our menu is made with fresh natural ingredients that contain no animal products or by-products. All our offerings are delicious, healthy and 100% plant-based. We firmly believe that food should be Yummy and guilt free, it should make you feel good and have no limitations.
Our first site is over three floors and we are looking to fill it with bright, enthusiastic and ambitious foodies who enjoy being part of a team and who take pride in their work within the hospitality industry. We are also keen to attract people with a desire to progress within in a new and exciting company - you will be some of our first recruits and as such will be our brand ambassadors.

SOUS CHEF
We are looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef in managing the day to day running of the kitchen in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the highest possible standards of food and service through a highly trained and passionate team. You will have strong kitchen experience in a similar role and be able to work under pressure within a fast-paced busy environment.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our head chef to:
• Ensure that the food is prepared and delivered to consistently high standards
• Participate in the creativity of menu planning and design
• Run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence carrying out stock ordering, scheduling and motivating the team
• Support and guide the team to maintain all necessary food safety paperwork, whilst complying with company policies and mandatory procedures
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver delicious, presentable food to the highest quality
