South East London based pub group Inn Public is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious  Sous Chef for its flagship venue serving fresh and exciting menu.
Successful candidates should have at least two years’ experience of cooking fresh food using seasonal produce. We are looking for a flexible and hardworking individual with strong leadership and organisational skills, a positive attitude and a hands-on approach, to make their mark in an expanding company.

Good spoken English essential.
