A 4* hotel in Central London is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef. The hotel is going from strength to strength and the Sous Chef will join a fantastic team working in a modern kitchen.
Role:
As Chef de Partie you will lead a section in the kitchen and ensure the food is always of high standard.
experience:
The Head chef is looking for a Sous Chef with experience in a quality restaurant or hotel. You should already be at Sous Chef level or be a good Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up.
