Sous Chef / Junior Sous - 4* Hotel - Straight Shifts Working for this 4* hotel, part of an International well renowned hotel group, they are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join this fantastic brigade.The ideal candidate will have proven experience within 3/4 star hotels, either as Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef willing to step up to the role.You will have a flexible attitude, passion for food, be a good team player and able to mentor junior chefs, possess an eye for detail and enthusiasm for the role.The role will involve working closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Sous, managing the day to day running of the kitchen, stock control and ordering, assisting with menu planning and costings, staff training and ensuring the company and hygiene standards are being adhered to. * Working hours are approximately. 40 per week over 5 days. * Generally Straight Shifts. * Some tips are paid on top of your salary. * Excellent benefits with an International hotel group, which includes free meals, uniform, pension scheme and discounts within the group. * Superb career prospects.
