We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team in our restaurant in Queen's Park, London.
Ostuni is London’s first eatery dedicated to the cuisine and wines of Puglia, a region that represents what Italian food is all about; simplicity and flavour. At Ostuni we value the importance of authenticity and uniqueness through the Puglian dishes we recreate in our restaurants.
As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in preparing and executing the menu as well as the management of the kitchen. You will have the knowledge and ability to maintain and run all sections in the kitchen and control the quality of dishes and service. You will achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety while working as part of a team to produce fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of.
