Our award-winning restaurant in Mayfair is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate will have not only excellent standards and a passion for delivering the highest standards of food but will have the ability to lead, direct and motivate a small team and deputise for the Executive Chef.
experience required:
High standards of food quality and delivery
Demonstrable working knowledge of food safety and kitchen management standards
Ordering and stock control experience
The ability to train and develop the team
This opportunity would suit an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Senior CDP looking for their next role.
