The award winning Red Lion pub in Leytonstone is looking for a talented sous chef who has experience working a busy kitchen.
We are searching for a passionate chef who can consistently produce exceptional quality dishes.
You will assist the head chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen and take charge in their absence. You must be able to display a high level of skill while being able to lead the kitchen team by example.
Our kitchen can be very busy at times and you must therefore be able to work well under pressure.
The Red Lion prizes itself on the quality of it’s ale, craft beer, food, service and events. Since opening in 2011 the pub has grown exponentially, Last year we opened our much anticipated ballroom.
