We are a tiny but perfectly formed pub company.
We started with the Empress in E9.
We now also have a Boozer in Bethnal Green and a great gastropub in E5.
We are looking for a keen sous chef to start this summer at the Crooked Billet.
Really busy site with a great garden. In the summer we have an outside kitchen from which we do great tacos.
Sunday roast are a great event here but we are looking for someone to help bring the food along during the rest of the week. We want to make the pub more food led.
There is a possibility of live-in with huge double room and its own kitchen and bathroom.
