Breddos Tacos is a 40 seat restaurant located in Clerkenwell focusing on Modern Mexican food, using the best British produce we can get our hands on. The food at Breddos is ambitious, challenging and big on flavour - we pride ourselves on using ingredients from around the world to create interesting and unique menus that change daily and with the seasons.
Whilst our space is small, energetic and busy our taqueria has garnered some great reviews in the press.
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team.
In you role you will…
• Run a section in our kitchen.
• Learn the fundamentals of Mexican cuisine.
• Be responsible for training commis and ensuring high standards of food hygiene.
• Manage orders and deliveries.
• Monitoring waste.
•
