Sous Chef - Immediate Start - Up to £30,000 p/a – The Elgin, Maida Vale - Full Time
We are recruiting for a Sous Chefs for The Elgin, Maida Vale.
The Elgin is a neighbourhood restaurant and bar in Maida Vale. It's all about seasonal and locally sourced food. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
The kitchen has a great team in place already and is now looking for a fantastic Sous chefs to complement them.
As we are opening new sites our Sous Chefs will also have the opportunity for progression to Head Chef in the future.

What we’re looking for:
- You’re positive, you care, you’re self-motivated and you want to be part of a team.
- experience: You have at least 5 years-experience in a busy kitchen, cooking fresh food to a good level.
- You have an appetite for good food and drink and a love of the London hospitality scene.
- You’re passionate about good food and have a genuine desire to learn and give people a good time.
- You have drive to develop professionally and help ULG grow.
- You have the legal right to work in the UK and a good grasp of English.
