Previous experience in a Rosette kitchen is preferred and a very good level of spoken English is essential. Our core menu changes quarterly but our specials change weekly (sometimes daily) and we prepare everything in house.
As sous chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, this means you will need to be comfortable taking control of ordering and stocks, and managing all health and safety aspects of the kitchen, as well as opening and closing. This role would suit someone who has a proven track record and wants to learn more, to move up to the next level. We are an independent business with a sister pub down the road, we have a reputation for great food and drink, we even have an award winning cellar!
