We are a busy, independent restaurant serving modern British and European food, using fresh seasonal produce, we prepare all our food in house. Our menu changes regularly and our daily specials will give you the opportunity to be creative from the outset.
We are looking for a strong, passionate and creative sous chef interested in creating exciting menus and able to take control of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. You would be comfortable managing a small team, producing consistent excellent food speedily and efficiently, ordering and controlling stock and wastage, maintaining an immaculate kitchen and managing all health and safety regulations.
experience is required along with the desire to progress. We offer a competitive salary dependant on experience.
