Experienced, passionate /sous chef/chef de partie /commis chef required for immediate start. 18k + per annum based on skill level and experience. Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen is a fun intimate dining space in the heart of the Pop Brixton shipping container community and a residency in Soho. The role would also include being part of our exciting streetfood and event catering team.
What you’ll do in this role…
• Passionate about high-quality food and committed to great standards, driven by 100% customer satisfaction
• Customer service/client facing experience
• Knowledge of the highest standards of health and safety and can implement this into the work place
• Overseeing food ordering, deliveries and stock control
• Comfortable working with a branded menu, delivering on spec dishes at high volume
• Hold a level 2 food safety award or higher
• Well-presented, articulate and enthusiastic
• Passionate and positive within the team

You don’t need to have cooked Ghanaian food before but have had experience with African cooking and the willingness to learn is a plus.
We sell a considerable amount of food for the size of the restaurant so someone who can work in a busy fast paced environment.

ZGK at Pop Brixton was our first fixed dining space and its success lead the way for our residency in Soho.
