Located in the affluent area of Holland Park the Mitre requires a talented Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie who is looking for their next career step to join the team.
With great transport links and prominently placed the Mitre has gained a reputation for serving great food, sophisticated drinks in a welcoming atmosphere.
We are looking for a strong and passionate chef to join our team to continue and improve our food offer. Our menu changes every two months to utilise the best in seasonal produce, with an emphasis on British dishes that can cater for all tastes.
The majority of our menu is made on site with only few items bought in. Our food is uncomplicated but delivers on flavour and presentation.
We are part of a small group of pubs and restaurants whose goal is to have the best offer and service around.
Expect duties to include food preparation and service, the kitchen is open from 8am until 10/10.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am at the weekends, helping to maintain our 5* EHO rating and being a team player, in return we can offer the successful candidate:
Yearly salary of £28000 - £30000 depending on experience (including service charge)
