We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to work alongside the head chef as we develop new dishes, we have some great opportunities to offer career progression as well as excellent salaries for the right people.
We are working with some of the best farms in the country and we butcher and age our meat on site. Our menu is focused on seasonality so you can expect lots of regular changes.
Sophie’s offers fantastic development potential – many of our senior team worked from entry level up, and we actively encourage applications from those looking to progress. The most important thing for us is a real passion for what you do and a willingness to learn.

You have the potential to earn from £28k - 32k per year after successful completion of your training period, depending on the role and level of business. You will have access to our TRONC scheme, which we believe is one of the fairest in the industry, rewarding development and hard work.
We require team members with permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment.
