Watson's General Telegraph and The Ladywell Tavern are new fresh food and craft beer venues
We are looking for two Sous Chefs to join relatively new teams, reporting to the head chef.
You must having great communication skills, be able to support the kitchen team and work on your own initiative. In addition you must have a passion for fresh food and creating new dishes, be able to work to a high standard and have great awareness of kitchen hygiene and practices. A working knowledge of dish specifications and cost control would be preferred.
