Your role will be to assist the senior Sous Chef to lead, manage and organise all requirements for the kitchen to the highest standards. Key Accountabilities: 1 To deliver consistent high standards ensuring high quality is maintained 2 You should be passionate about improving and gaining new skills for yourself and the kitchen team. 3 Customer focused by understanding customer needs, building rapport and utilising feedback to improve the service and product we provide 4 You will be highly motivated and have an ability to create an environment which encourages team members to strive to do their best and take ownership of their duties. 5 Organised, with a high level of attention to details, demonstrating sound administration skills 6 To work in close liaison with all sections of the kitchen to ensure efficient service and maintain high level of communication with colleagues and other staff. What we require of you: 1 A catering qualification NVQ level 3 minimum 2 experience of working within prestigious establishments 3 At least 2 year experience working as a Sous Chef 4 To uphold and maintain all standards in line with your department's standard operating procedures. 5 Punctual. 6 Excellent customer service.
