Untitled is a bar and restaurant from Drink Factory, the team behind 69 Colebrooke Row and Bar Termini. The Asian inspired menu is being developed by Rob Roy Cameron (el Bulli, Forty One Degrees and Hoja Santa). As sous chef you will be responsible for
managing staff
maintaining standards
following existing processes
quality control
supplier relationships
