We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team in our restaurant in Queens Park, London.
Ostuni is London’s first eatery dedicated to the cuisine and wines of Puglia, a region that represents what Italian food is all about; simplicity and flavour.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you are ambitious and eager to delve into the depth and wealth of puglian cuisine while also finding enough creative space to express yourself and extend your repertoire.
As Junior Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in preparing and executing the menu as well as the management of the kitchen. You will be able to run every section in the kitchen including pasta and grill section. You will achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety while working as part of a team to produce fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of.
