Sous Chef Required in London

The Sous Chef must come from a strong food background, work well on their as well as in a team and have a real drive to succeed and grow!
Key Skills - Required

Professional approach to work and very good food hygiene standards (Level 2/3)
Ability to oversee the day to day running of the kitchen on quieter shifts and train junior staff.
A confident, self-motivated, creative, driven and professional person.
experience of management skills and a desire to learn.
Interested in healthy, seasonal, often vegetarian or vegan food and baking.
Be an active hands-on team player with excellent communication skills.
Working closely with the head chef and operational manager.
