Someone who delivers day in and day out and is prepared to get Stuck in and work within the team. As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in all duties, be involved with stock and rotas when the Head Chef is absent, prepare cook and present our menu to high standards every time and comply with hygiene, food safety and health and safety rules.
