Founded in 2008, the group currently comprises: Marcus, one of London's most acclaimed restaurants, combining two Michelin-starred cooking with a relaxed, contemporary space; The Gilbert Scott, showcasing the finest British seasonal produce in the grand 19th century surrounds of St Pancras Renaissance Hotel; and Tredwells, relaxed neighbourhood dining in the heart of the West End and previous winner of AA's Restaurant of the Year - London.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will have solid previous kitchen experience in a fine dining or Michelin Star establishment,  and be looking for a role that will develop you.

A passion for producing great food
A strong interest and experience in both modern and classic fine dining cuisine.
Ability to work under pressure
Team leadership and training skills
Enthusiasm, quick thinking with a can do attitude.
Organised, tidy and highly attentive to detail.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
A good command of English as a base requirement.
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
An enthusiastic and creative team player, able to genuinely inspire others by example.
Act as a point of contact and support for the rest of your team.
