We are currently seeking:
Sous Chef – up to £34,000 plus benefits, Mon – Fri plus 14 weekends a year.
This is a South West London based, quality all day dining operation, with high quality food and wine. As part of an independent business, this is a people focused company with strong values and all venues endeavour to be environmentally conscious in all aspects of the operations.

If you are:

•             Enthusiastic and reliable with good ideas for new dishes.
•             An excellent communicator that can work in busy fast paced environment.
•             Full of energy to deliver incredible and consistent service in a high quality environment.
•             A Sous or Jr Sous with previous experience. Events, Banqueting and main kitchen experience required.
