Sous Chef – New Opening Chinese Restaurant – London £32-35kExciting new opening! This is the newest opening of the well-regarded company owned by a Michelin Chef and will be an all day dining restaurant based on classic Chinese dishes on small plates Expect high volume turnover seating 150-200 covers.

We are looking for a Sous Chef who is skilled in Chinese cuisine and from quality and acclaimed restaurants based in London.
Reporting to and deputising in the Head Chefs absence, including ordering, HACCPS, staff management etc.
High Volume experience with fresh produce is needed.
experience in Chinese cuisine is essential.
