Sous Chef – Suit a CDP– Unique Seafood Restaurant – W London £26k Salary up to 26kThis role will suit a CDP who is confident in their skills and can step into a sous chef role and trained into a head chef position when they open a new site next year The restaurant is based on a boat seating 35-38 covers for lunch and dinner offering a small a la Carte menu at lunch and a 5 course set menu for dinner The menu will focus on Seafood with a short daily changing menu depending on the daily catches from Cornwall You will be assisting in the running of the open galley kitchen that is small but perfectly formed and well equipped and therefore you must be highly organised with the ability to work with a small team of 2-3 chefs only Stable backgrounds ideally in high quality gastros or restaurants and a passion for preparing and cooking fish There is an opportunity to really make your mark and train into a head chef role for a new boat next year!Only suitable and stable candidates can be contacted due to the high volume of applicants.
