We are recruiting a SOUS CHEF to join our team.
As a sous chef you will need:

Calm and efficient in a pressurised environment.
Minimum 5 years experience in the restaurant industry.
AA Rosette or  Michelin * background
Level 2 Food Safety
Good understanding of English and the right to work in the UK.
