It is ethical in how it sources food, deals with waste, and treats its staff They have regular produce from their own organic farm delivered to the restaurantAs sous chef you will have a proven and stable career to date within fine dining and volume backgrounds and an interest in cooking a healthy plant based menu The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can serve over 300 covers all day You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted and available to interview and trial on site.
