Looking for a Sous Chef for a busy pub/restaurant in Central London.
Excellent progression to head chef
As Sous Chef you should be able to lead in the absence of the head chef and take charge of the kitchen.
As Sous Chef you should also have a knowledge of the stocks, rotas, wastage, ordering.
You should be presentable, clean and tidy.
