Competitive Salary (up to 48 hours per week)

We’re a growing pub company and are on the hunt for a passionate Sous Chefs/CDPs and Second Chefs who can assist our Head Chefs in the growing of our food offer.
As Sous Chef you’ll run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, including placing orders, costing menus and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen. You’ll be a clear communicator, calm under pressure and working with a passionate Head Chef.
We’re looking for somebody who is passionate about food, insistent upon working in a clean and a tidy environment but most importantly who can work with a smile on their face.

Before you apply – is this you?
• At least 12 months experience working in a busy kitchen.
• A full working visa
• A bubbly, friendly personality
• Fluent spoken English
• References from 2 recent employers upon request.
• Ideally live locally
