SOUS CHEF - GASTROPUB - Barnes£28,000We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a successful, brewery owned gastropub in near the London Wetlands Centre in Barnes. This position would suit an Senior Chef de Partie looking for his or her first Sous Chef opportunity.As sous chef, you will lead a small team in creating and producing fantastic fresh food, using your culinary skills to give the customers a fantastic dining experience.You will be using fresh, seasonal locally sourced ingredients within a company that is serious about food.The successful candidate will Have a real passion for food Enjoy the opportunity to lead the kitchen whilst developing his or her own skills Receive comprehensive training in all aspects of the kitchen: stock, financials, employment law and leadership Thrive on the fast pace of and camaraderie in the kitchenset the highest possible standards for him/herself and others You will need to be hands on in all areas of the kitchen as well as possessing good cooking skills.
