When The Lansdowne’s doors first opened back in 1992, the aim was simple; to bring quality pub eating to Primrose Hill. 25 years down the line and The Lansdowne has become one of the stalwarts of the London pub scene.
Our blackboard menu changes daily and our food is inspired by both Mediterranean and British cuisine. Best of all, The Lansdowne has that unmistakable feel of something traditional, with large wooden tables and high ceilings. This is an exceptionally busy, food led business with a great reputation in the local area and beyond!
We are now recruiting a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to lead and inspire our team. You will bring innovative menu ideas, always be on trend, and understand the commercial challenges when creating menus. You'll be responsible for the leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef, so will be hot on due diligence, hygiene and food standards. You'll also have a proven track record of developing junior chefs through training and coaching.
