Full Time Sous Chef needed for a lovely pub in Peckham Rye. The White Horse is part small family of independent pubs around South London, offering great food and drink, a friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service.

What we can offer

-40-45 Hours per week on average.

What we are looking for
-A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends.
-experience in a similar environment/experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Senior Chef de Partie level or above.
-The ability to run the pass on busy shifts.
-Exceptional eye for detail/very high standards.
-Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
