Day to Day:(what the job will entail - what work)

Working alongside the head chef with input on menu.
Preparation of the menu
Mentoring of junior staff
Substituting the head chef every Monday and Tuesday as well as holidays.
Being involved in events internally and externally.

Requirements:( what applicants need - what qualifications)

3-4 Years experience in the role
Food safety certificate
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to produce new ideas
