We are recruiting for a talented Sous Chef for a well established Pub located in City of London, close to Bank station we are open to (Monday to Friday) and weekend off.
This is a quality operation with high culinary and food safety standards so we need someone who is passionate who can assist with the training of the Kitchen team team in creating fresh, quality dishes.
The ideal Sous chef will have a quality restaurant or pub background where you have provided an all day dining experience. You will have dealt with ordering and understand the basics of stock control systems and food safety.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who is hands on, creative, and passionate about showcasing local and seasonal produce.
