An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at HOP, part of the Galvin Group.
HOP is a Pub Deluxe where the freshest craft beer rubs shoulders with simple but innovative pub food of the highest quality in a relaxed and vibrant environment.
We are looking for an exceptional Sous chef with a positive attitude and who is keen to take on this opportunity to run the kitchen and to work with some of London's top chefs, in a professional, hospitable and friendly environment which creates a great place to work, with career progression and at the forefront of London's dining scene.
What we expect from the successful Sous chef:

Worked as a Sous Chef
Proven strong cooking ability
experience in kitchen and business costs to include setting and managing kitchen budgets.
Thorough and up to date knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
Skills in seasonal and market driven menu development.
Highly organised business skills and possess excellent communication skills.
Developed sense of supplier knowledge and relationships.
Effective training skills and team care
Have a sense of achievement from seeing the development in others.
An understanding of the importance of the smooth relationship between Front of house/ service.
Working knowledge of F and B; and Fourth Hospitality.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick concise decisions.
