Job Title: Sous Chef - Immediate Start!

Average Covers: 100 + Daily

Location: Battersea
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per annum
Shifts: 5 Days per week (45-55 hrs )
What we are looking for?

A professional and passionate Sous Chef that is confident to co-run a driven kitchen.

An organised and calm Sous chef that has experience running a brigade within a similar size operation.

A confident and creative chef, that has acquired at least 2 years Sous Chef experience.

A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a small team.

A creative Sous Chef who is experienced with menu design, costing, ordering and other aspects of paperwork.

The ideal Sous Chef will have a passion for cooking healthy/nutritional food.
