FHG are working with a boutique London centric contract caterer to recruit a Sous Chef to join their team at this stunning site on the banks of the Thames.

The site provides a staff dining offer catering for 500 covers daily and comprehensive hospitality offer ranging from bowl food to finger food to fine dining dinners and BBQ's.

The Sous Chef will be predominantly based in the hospitality kitchen but will also be involved in the staff dining operation when required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Day to day running of the hospitality kitchen.
- Writing the hospitality menu's
- Adhering to all heath and safety policies.
- Assisting in staff dining when necessary.
- Overseeing all events

The Sous Chef will also deputise for the Head Chef running the entire site in the their absence.

We are keen to hear from Sous Chef's with experience in high quality catering establishments and a strong understanding of contract catering operations.
Sous Chefs should be strong all rounders and possess a positive can do attitude and be real team players.

Salary: £30k + OT
Hours: Monday to Friday
