For the role of Sous Chef previous experience as a Sous Chef would be preferred and you would be responsible for:

Leading service
Training, developing and motivating the team.
Ensuring every dish is produced on spec
Managing stock and General Practitioner
Ensuring kitchen maintenance and cleaning is to standard.
