Sous Chef Required in London

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our 70-seat restaurant serving innovative and classic Asian dishes in a classic and elegant 1930’s setting.

• Up to £35,000 per annum;

As Sous Chef, you will support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing and inspiring the team to deliver consistent, high quality dishes. There is excellent opportunity for you to develop your career within the restaurant and this growing business.

What we expect from you and the role
• Previous experience of 2-4 years in a quality restaurant;
• Running the day and assisting the Head Chef;
• Passionate about hospitality and willing to learn new skills;
• Managing stock levels, following HACCP procedures;
• Managing equipment maintenance and callout procedures;
• Training new and junior staff;
• Attention to detail.
