Sous Chef position available at fast-paced bar and kitchen in Shoreditch.
The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous to join our busy bar and kitchen in Shoreditch, 2 Mins from Old Street station. We trade mon- Saturday and as such have full time hours available. We are looking for someone with:
- Full UK working rights
- Minimum 2 years experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- The ability to take initiative and run the show when needed.
- A solid understanding of Health and Safety requirements backed up with high cleaning standards including personal hygiene.
- A passion for food that will not only ensure you have exceptional standards during service but will also bring your own ideas to the table.
