About the Diner

We have 8 restaurants in London serving up to 20000 guests a week from a menu of American-style Hotdogs , Burgers, Salads, Pancakes and specials.

The Job

You will be working 48 hours a week with a talented head chef and a strong kitchen brigade.

Your responsibilities will include rotas, stock, GPs, costings, menu design, creating specials, food safety, recruitment and all things kitchen related. Don't worry we will train you on everything and we have great support managers who will be with you every step of the way.
