The East Dulwich Tavern is a wonderful pub, providing freshly cooked British food and great drinks to the heart of the community. Antic London have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Running the kitchen when the head chef is away
- Managing food purchasing and storage
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Helping create new recipes and write menus
- Preparing great quality food for our customers
- Maintaining procedures that ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
A good grasp of English is essential for this role.
