Sous Chef £28K 48 Hrs/week at our Islington free house and brewery.
We are a small, privately owned free house on the edge of Islington serving a daily-changing, produce-led menu from an open kitchen.
After five years as The Hops and Glory, we will be reopening as The Seveney from February. We will continue to Brew our own beer, bake our own bread and butcher onsite and we are currently developing for the kitchen a hydroponic greenroom next to our brewery. We will be specialising in natural wines and botanical cocktails, alongside the menu of small and medium size plates.
We have room for one more chef on our team, as our sous chef is sadly leaving us after two years with us. The ideal candidate would ideally have a solid appreciation of European cookery and would be keen to bring new ideas to the kitchen on a daily basis.
