My client is looking to fill a sous chef position. Salary around £35K plus OT at weekends and bonuses. This is a position for one of the most innovative high end event companies in London.
Only interested in chefs with excellent CVs and backgrounds that will fit their culture and requirements. At least a couple of years in Michelin starred kitchens. At least a year at junior sous or above. Passionate about food and a good organiser.
Predominately Monday to Friday, with some evenings. An opportunity to work with exciting contemporary menus in and a  kitchen with a friendly but focused team!
