In 2014 we noticed a huge Coppa Club shaped gap in the market for a laid back place for people to eat, drink and hang out. A place that can be used for whatever you need, whenever you need.
We aimed for a private members club kind of vibe– minus the snobbery, chucked in some outrageously good coffee and cocktails, a Mediterranean inspired all day menu and some fantastically talented people and Coppa Club was born.
We are proud to say we now have 4 sites open and thriving in and around London, with many more openings on the horizon.
A fantastic opportunity has come up to join the Kitchen Team of our stunning flagship club at Tower Bridge as Sous Chef– a 250 seater gem on the banks of the Thames with probably the best view of London, and the most kick-ass terrace in the country.
This is a big site, doing big numbers, it’s in need of someone with an even bigger personality to help lead and inspire the kitchen team…
You
-Will have bags of experience in high volume kitchens – whether branded or independent.
-Have an obsession with perfection and strive to be the best at everything you do.
-Are a hands on, sleeves up kind of person, who can help lead and inspire a large team with integrity and passion.
-Love an early morning sunrise as much as a beautiful sunset – we are open from early until late every day, serving breakfast lunch and dinner.
-Know everything there is to know about preparing and serving outstanding fresh food under pressure, whilst looking after the detail.
