Tap Taverns are seeking an eager and enthusiastic Sous chef, for an recently launched craft beer bar. An exciting opportunity to be part of a kitchen team which will be developing and launching a new British BBQ/Grill offering to build upon our successful drinks offering.
We are seeking candidates who are:
-Hardworking, friendly and organised.
-Have experience working in a busy kitchen using fresh produce and ingredients
-Have a good knowledge of food safety and excellent hygiene procedures
-Be a solid cook and can saute, braise, grill and barbeque
-Most of all, we would like to see someone creative, hard-working, and keen to assist in the running of our kitchen.
