Sous Chef Required in London

We are looking for a dynamic Sous Chef. Must be passionate about food. We cook mainly European/British food in our local food led pub. All our food is made in house, including: bread, confit duck, ice cream and puddings.
Being a good communicator, passionate about high quality food and able to work in a busy environment are a must.
