We are looking for an experienced carpenter or multi-trade foreman to run high quality jobs in SW11, ranging from small extensions to full house refurbishments and basements.
You will need to have extensive experience within this field of work having several years experience in the residential building industry. Most importantly you will take pride in the work you produce.
You will be responsible for running a team of 3 to 10 tradesmen and labourers.
Remuneration is weekly on an hours-worked basis. Bonuses available for top performers.
A sound knowledge of building regulations and an ability to communicate effectively with clients is important.
You must have your own set of tools, qualifications, CIS registration and be available to work around South London but mainly in SW11.
SMSTS and 1st aid training will be favourable.
